hungry girl got sooo pissed off..

Last night, I went out for dinner with my hubby to one of franchise food restaurant yg terkemuka di negara kita ni (ceh). I was in pretty tired, sleepy and hungry condition. In short, I am not at my best mood for any stupidity act to happen in front of my cute face.

setelah duduk2, tgk2 order. tunggu & tunggu. punya la lama diorg nak dtg amik order. kat satu table near us sampai 3 org waiter/waitresses duduk situ entertain org tu punya order. last2 one of them come to us. order taken.

tak lama lepas tu resit sampai, food blm lagi. its ok.

tunggu food, berabad2 nak tiba. i oredi put my head on the table, resting. as their seats are not as comfortable that I can rest my head.

customers tak la ramai mana pun.

my hubby's food arrived. at first, it was brought to a table next to us by a waiter. then the waitress who took our order said, 'bukan2, table sebelah'. the waiter said, 'ini kat resit ni table 11?'. the waitress said, 'ye ye, tadi salah tulis'.

u knew what happened just now? -- the clever girl who was taking order tulis order kami for table 11 where we sat at clearly-written table 10. ok, i thought, it was a pretty silly mistake but maybe she's nervous looking at my very pretty eyes. (lorgh).

when she put my hubby's order at our table, she took our receipt and showed me that it was wrongly printed there, they put it as 11. then i said -- nanti semua order saya sampai table sebelah la ye... & the 'lovely' girl just laughed as tho its a funny thing.

dlm hati aku, menggerutu. i was expecting a 'sorry' or at least buat la muka bersalah sbb aku rasa tone aku dah a bit sarcastic and angry oredi. kamu ketawa? bugger.

as usual, my order will be the last to get cooked. i order something too difficult to be prepared? nah... i ordered the standard food there, which is their main menu.

and order kami (bukan aku je, customer2 keliling jgk) kelam kabut giler. yg org ni punya, hantar meja lain. yg org sini punya hantar meja sana. mengong giler2. lagi aku tgk, darah aku makin menggelegak. aku letak balik kepala aku atas meja, takmo tgk. hangin aku.

akhirnya dpt mkn. Alhamdulillah.

dah selesai makan. mintak bil. (we got the earlier resit still). dia pegi ambil resit baru.. which amounted more that the original resit. aku tunjuk resit yg aku ade, 'ini order saye'. dia bawak bil meja sebelah, table 11.

dia cam blur, amik resit aku, pegi counter balik. we waited lagi. haih. aku punya angin tornado dah nak smp. kami pun bgn p counter jgk. tunggu dia check2. ada 3 insan kat counter tu tapi stil.. kalo org kate 3 heads better than one, i doubt it. but maybe if 1 would be worst.

payment time, we paid rm50 for our meals which cost rm39.70. simple mathematic, even primary students can answer quickly, the balance is rm10.30. aku dok tunggu balance tu pun lama. terkial2. itu bukan congak tu, ade je machine dia. sabar. then my hubby said, saya bayar rm50, so balance blabla. aku dah jln dulu, i cant wait without the urge to scream at him. serious. menduga kesabaran.. then dia kasi. finally!

we walked down the stairs, nak blk masuk kereta. my hubby tgk the resit.. total price rm39.70, paid = rm70, balance = rm 30.30.

i wonder...... ******* mana la dulu..

Huah! Kalau I, memang tak kasi chance punya. Dah banyak kali I encounter the same experience like yours. If I am with my younger sister, memang malang la nasib orang restoran tu. My sister and I share the same attitude kat orang yang bagi service lembab, blur dan berlebih kurang. Memang usually diorang kena fire kat situ juga. Kaww kaww punya!

But when I am with my husband, hmmm... my husband suka suruh sabar, sabar, jangan buat kecoh. I selalu cakap kat my husband, kalau semua orang pakat sabar, nak sopan santun dengan orang yang bagi service macam tu, sampai bila pun diorang takkan improve.

terbayang kalo ade business sendiri, ade pekerja mcm tu... mau nyer sorang2 kena telan..
